It’s your time at My Time Fitness!

We are past the halfway point of 2022.  Our trainers are here to help you finish strong!  Your training package includes a Weight Management plan and an Exercise program designed for you to achieve your fitness goals.  Your accountability partner is waiting.

Personal Training sessions are available by appointment and walk-ins (provided trainers are available), on an hourly basis.  All training by My Time Fitness trainers will be tracked.

Health assessments are available at any time.  Step up on a state of the art scale and use the body fat equipment to keep track of of your progress.  Receive instruction from Army veteran, master trainer John Ball along with some of the best fitness trainers in El Paso, TX.

Normal Personal Training hours are from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.  Any time outside of this will have an additional fee.
